ASSAULT

Client R.B. was charged with two counts of Assault. It was alleged that after a heated argument between R.B. and his common- law partner, R.B. proceeded to assault the complainant twice. At trial, Mr. Batasar was able to have R.B. enter into a Common- Law Peace Bond and have his charges withdrawn. No criminal conviction.
