BAIL – ASSAULT, MISCHIEF, THREATS

Client N.R. is charged with domestic Assault, Mischief, and three counts of Utter Threat to Cause Death or Bodily Harm. It is alleged that N.R. uttered a serious of aggravating statements to his common- law wife which escalated to the point where N.R. alleged physically assaulted the complainant.  It is further alleged that damaged a number of items throughout the household, all of which allegedly occurring with their child in the residence. Despite the aggravating circumstances of the charges, Mr. Batasar was able to have bail granted and client released.
