Client D.G. was accused of Manslaughter in a fatal stabbing outside of a house party. An autopsy determined that there was a pre- existing medical condition that may have contributed to the victim’s death. Further, there was no toxicology or forensic evidence to warrant a Manslaughter conviction. As such, charges against D.G. were withdrawn; no criminal conviction.
