ASSAULT CAUSING BODILY HARM

Client D.D. was accused of Assault Causing Bodily Harm after allegedly assaulting an off- duty police officer at a bar, resulting in significant bodily harm to the complainant. Due to statements provided by employees immediately after the alleged assault, it was proven at trial that D.D. did not partake in the assault and therefore  was found not guilty, thus it avoiding a lengthy jail sentence. No criminal conviction.
