SEXUAL ASSAULT

Client D.L. was accused of Sexual Assault which allegedly took place more than 40 years ago  against his daughter. At trial, it was determined that alleged mental health issues of the complainant may have affected her allegations against D.L. As such, D.L. entered into a Peace Bond and his charges were formally withdrawn. No criminal conviction.
