Firearms Charges Withdrawn After Contested Bail Hearing – Toronto (S.M.)
My client was charged with armed robbery, use imitation firearm, human trafficking, and living off the avails of prostitution charges. After identifying the major issues, including the fact that there was no evidence of a gun being used during the interaction, I was able to secure bail for him after a lengthy contested bail hearing eventually the firearms charges were withdrawn.
