After discussions with the prosecutor full review of the disclosure and various issues with respect to the timing of the breath sample being received by the prosecutor via the police the charges were withdrawn and the client agreed to a careless driving thereby saving a criminal conviction and being able to continue to attend University where he wanted to become a lawyer.
