DUI Charges Withdrawn – Careless Driving

Client was a truck driver who needed his license for work charges were withdrawn after I had numerous discussions with the prosecutor and his readings were not overly elevated the Crown agreed to withdraw the criminal charges and he received a careless driving under the Highway Traffic act thereby being able to maintain his employment and continue to support his family
