Assault, Extortion- Charges Withdrawn At Trial

Client was charged with the above offences outlined involving distribution of intimate images of his former partner after pretrial’s were set an input from the judge the Crown position was six months in custody. A trial date was set on the trial date the Crown reviewed their evidence and the strength of the Crown case and all the charges were withdrawn against my client.
