Elder Abuse – Assault Bodily Harm – Withdrawn

Client was charged with abusing his elderly mother as a result of the interaction she sustained a broken arm there was a number of discussions that were had as well as free trials and medical evidence that was reviewed carefully by myself after review of the evidence in my discussions with the crowd it was clear he was not responsible for the broken arm and as such the charges were withdrawn against him.
