Trial-Peace Bond- Charged With A Domestic Involving Assault With A Weapon Assault Times Two Possession of Weapons Dangerous

A trial was set at the outset of the trial the complainant arrived and began her testimony it was clear that during her testimony there were some inconsistencies and she essentially failed to adopt some of her previous statements given to the police. Mid trial the Crown approached me and asked if I would consult my client about a peace bond. Client agreed and the charges were withdrawn.
