Client had left his vehicle too go to the side of the road and wait for help the police arrived on scene he was eventually charged and taken to the station where he blew over 80 and was charged with impaired driving. As a result of review the file as well as some of the issues involving timing as well as identification the charges were eventually withdrawn in the middle of a trial against the accused. This obviously as with others saved his license and his ability to support his family.
