BAIL – POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

Client B.B. is charged with Possession of Child Pornography. It is alleged that B.B. had in possession numerous images of underage individuals posing in suggestive positions. Despite the aggravating nature of the charge, Mr. Batasar was able to have bail granted and client released.
