ASSAULT

Client J.B. was accused of three counts of Assault against his live- in girlfriend. After a night out, it was alleged that J.B. assaulted his girlfriend after he returned home, enraged over events that took place that evening.  At trial, due to inconsistencies in both witness and complainant testimony, it was determined that  J.B. did not commit the alleged offences. J.B. was found not guilty on all three counts. No criminal conviction.
