POSSESSION OF PROPERTY OBTAINED BY CRIME

Client T.C. was accused of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime after a member of the Loss Prevention Unit of Telus received notification that T.C. was selling a cell phone which was identified as one stolen during a previous theft at a Telus store. Due to lack of evidence, charges against T.C. were withdrawn. No criminal conviction.
