ASSAULT

Client. J. I. was charged with two counts of Assault against his partner. It was alleged that after a heated argument, J.I. had pushed the complainant down to the down, as well as punched the complainant in the face, from which minor bruising was sustained. At trial, Mr. Batasar was able to have the charges against J.I. withdrawn. No criminal conviction.
