Client A.M. is charged with Aggravated Assault and Utter Threats. It is alleged that during an argument with a roommate, A.M. attacked the victim and banged his head into a wall, then proceeded to bang his head on the floor. A struggle ensued and it is alleged that A.M. got hold of a knife and attempted to stab the victim. The accused them followed the victim to the bathroom, where threats were uttered. Despite the aggravating circumstances of the charges, Mr. Batasar was able to have bail granted and client released.
