Client D.B. and S.M., along with two other co- accused’s, are jointly charged with Robbery, Use of Imitation Firearm While Committing an Offence, and Disguise with Intent. It is alleged that all four individuals forced their way into a home during a home invasion style robbery. When the victim answered the door, D.B. entered the residence and pointed a gun at the victim. The accused’s then proceeded to tie up the victim’s wife and their 12 year old daughter. Upon entry, a number of electronics and jewelry were removed from the residence by the accused’s. At D.B and S.M.’s bail hearings, Mr. Batasar was able to have both individuals released. BAIL GRANTED.
