BREAK AND ENTER WITH INTENT TO COMMIT AN INDICTABLE OFFENCE

Client L.S. was charged with Break and Enter with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence. It was alleged that L.S, along with a co- accused, unlawfully entered a residence by breaking through a screen door. They were in the process of gaining entry when they were interrupted by the homeowner who quickly notified police. After numerous discussions with the Crown Attorney, Mr. Batasar was able to have the charges withdrawn  against L.S. No conviction.
