Client was charged with disobeyed court order times two and failed to appear times 2 after discussions with the Crown in charge of the case I presented to the Crown background about my client circumstances surrounding the arrest and reasons for his failure to comply with the court orders. Given my reasonable approach the Crown agreed to a form of diversion whereby the client would do 20 hours of community service and the charges would be withdrawn.
