Charges Withdrawn- Not Guilty Client- Numerous Offences Involving Sexual Assault, Assault, Forcible Confinement Weapons, Dangerous Use Firearm

Client was charged by two separate women for various offences matter preceded through the courts I did not believe in wasting the client’s money by having a preliminary hearing decided to go straight to trial in the Superior Court. After a two-week trial before a judge alone the client was acquitted on all the charges that he faced. If he was found guilty of anything, he would have been deported instantaneously however he was allowed to remain in the country and resume his life.
