Charges Withdrawn Possession of Cocaine

In a random stop police found cocaine in the vehicle client was driving he was subsequently arrested. After careful review of the file and having a judicial pretrial with the judge Crown agreed to withdraw the charges as they had no reasonable prospect of conviction.
