Cocaine Trafficking, Possession For The Purpose of Trafficking, Simple Possession, Possession of Crack Cocaine

Client was charged along with his wife for the above charges after protracted discussions with numerous Crown attorneys as well as numerous judicial pre-trials the Crown position was a penitentiary term in the range of three to five years.  I was successful in negotiating a position whereby the client pled guilty to possession charges for 90 days weekends and a period of probation. All the charges against his wife were withdrawn and all the remaining charges against him were withdrawn
