Client T.R. was accused of Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle after allegedly attempting to run over a police officer. Significant custody was being sought by the Crown Attorney. As a result, T.R. was found guilty of a much lesser charge of Assault with a Weapon and received only probation. No criminal conviction for the charge of Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
