Client B.P. was charged with two counts of Driving While Under Suspension. P.B. was facing in excess of 6 months custody for the charges due to the high number of previous convictions under both the Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act. At trial, Mr. Batasar was able to have all charges withdrawn, no conviction, no licence suspension, no demerit points.
