Manslaughter

The most serious charge this year, a manslaughter charge faced by Mr. L. This charge would have changed his life forever, especially as it was due to him being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Mr. Batasar felt for this young man and vowed to make sure this one mistake does not impact the rest of his life. Mr. Batasar took everything into consideration, including the arrest process, the interview process, the way the court system and the justice system handled the case, etc. Combining and analyzing all the factors, Mr. Batasar was able to conjure up enough evidence to prove T.L.’s innocence to the courts, the Crown, the Judge and even to the family of Mr. L. ultimately, T.L. was acquitted of the charge, and given another chance at life.
