THEFT UNDER $5000 x4

Client B.K. was charged with four counts of Theft Under $5000. It was alleged that over a period of time, while employed as a cashier for a grocery store, she and a co- accused had stolen money from their cash registers. Mr. Batasar was able to have all charges withdrawn. No conviction.
