Withdrawn- Assault x2, Assault With a Weapon, Weapons Dangerous

Client was charged in the middle of a custody battle in family court with these charges the matter progressed through the courts for some time as a result of discussions had with the prosecutor and the fact that we provided proof that the complainant story was fabricated all of the charges against my client were withdrawn.
