Client was charged with the offences outlined essentially the allegations were that he was watching sleeping women through a window and masturbating this apparently happened on numerous occasions the Crown initial position was jail. After providing some doctors reports regarding the client’s background and circumstances as well as his genuine remorse, we avoided any jail time and the client was placed on three years probation. The balance of the charges were withdrawn.
